Globelines going down… down… down

Today, 24 hours after we have experienced a problem with our internet connection the line is still not restored. I tried to search on the internet for any press release as to why this is happening but unfortunately there is none. Maybe Globelines will release a statement after they will restore all connections. I hope so.

The reason why we the consumer should know why it happened is basically because it is our right. They have the right to bill us (even those unknown additional bills) and we have to right to know why problem exists.

Another thing I hate is the fact that personnel do not give us the right information as to the scale of the problem. When we called the customer service they told us that it is just our connection that has a problem. We did not know until late that it is a region-wide problem.
