How Effective 2Go’s Online Chat
Today I browse through 2Go’s website because I wanted to ask if I can check my parcel. They have chat facility where you can chat with them in real time.

Absolutely not helpful. I logged in and nobody was there. I guess the operator is sleeping? grrrrrrrr!
What about contact info?
Great there is a contact info page but the telephone numbers are only in Manila. Bad thing again.
Did you try googling for the cebu branch website?
Yes I did and I have found the links on all the phone numbers of the cebu branch.

Suggestion
2go, as a big company that handles our delivery and transportation needs should be keen enough to live to its customer’s expectations. They have placed a chat feature but it disappoints the customer because although it works, nobody was there to assist the customer. Aside from that, it is very important that they will list all their branches’ contacts so that customer that enters their website will no longer have to resort to another search like google to get other information that is related to them. Unfortunately the contact info page does not contain the needed information.
Internet is the best medium for any enterprise these days to reach the bigger audience and if you will fail the expectation of your audience, you will surely disappoints a lot of people. I hope 2Go will be able to update their website soon.
And by the way, I was chatting on Friday at around 3pm so it is expected that an operator is around since they posted in there site that the Online chat is available Monday-Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
