Leyte Central – The First Step
CEBU CITY. In May of 2008, a group of Ormocanons gather together for a special web project with an investor from USA. Each member has a unique role and through these individuals, a new team was formed.
After countless meetings they decided to come up with a website in favor of promoting Leyte as their home province. To date, these individuals are working as IT professionals in Cebu and creating a website for Leyte is one way of returning the favor to their beloved province. On the other hand, supporters from Ormoc are gathering data and meeting contacts in Ormoc City and Leyte in general.
Surprisingly, the other team members had also thought of having one years ago and only this time that the right people met as if destiny played a role.
Since the first step, Leyte Central is already more than 1 year old now.
